Terms & Conditions for PixCraft

By downloading or using PixCraft, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Use of the App

You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to the PixCraft developer.

2. User-Generated Content

  • Your Ownership: You retain all rights and ownership to the photos and artworks you create and edit using PixCraft.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you edit and share. You agree not to use PixCraft to create or distribute illegal, offensive, or harmful material.

3. Subscriptions and PixCraft PRO

PixCraft offers a premium subscription called PixCraft PRO, which unlocks AI tools, high-definition exports, and removes advertisements.

  • Payments will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your Google Play settings before the end of the current period.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Internet Connection & Charges

Certain functions of the app, particularly AI-powered tools and advertisements, will require the app to have an active internet connection. The developer cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi or data, and you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data while using the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to keep the app updated and correct, but we accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
