Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the SonicBoost mobile application operated by Onix LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

⚠️ 1. Hearing Safety & Hardware Disclaimer

IMPORTANT HEALTH & HARDWARE WARNING:

  • Listening to audio at excessively high volume levels for prolonged periods can cause permanent hearing damage or tinnitus.
  • Boosting sound beyond default Android thresholds may cause distortion and potentially stress phone speakers or external hardware.
  • You agree that you use the loudness enhancement features entirely at your own risk. Onix LLC shall not be held liable for any hearing impairment or hardware damage.

📱 2. License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Application, nor use the App for any unlawful activities.

👑 3. Premium Subscriptions & Billing

💳 Payment & Renewal
Payments are securely processed via Google Play In-App Billing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.
🔄 Cancellation & Refunds
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via Google Play Store > Subscriptions. Refund requests are subject to Google Play Refund Policies.

⚖️ 4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Onix LLC be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application.

🔄 5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Application after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
