Onix LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Launcher & Themes mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection and Use

We build our app to respect your privacy. The Service requires certain permissions to provide core launcher features, but we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers.

Accessibility Service Disclosure

Important: Launcher & Themes uses Android's AccessibilityService API exclusively to provide features you actively enable:

• Drawing swipe-down trigger areas and showing the custom Notification/Control Center on top of other apps.
• Showing the custom lock screen when the screen turns off.
• Reading volume key presses to show a custom volume indicator.

What is accessed: We only access touch gestures on trigger areas, volume-key presses, and the foreground app's package name (solely to detect incoming calls/alarms). The service does not read text or content on your screen, does not collect or share personal data, and nothing is sent off your device.

Other Permissions

  • Location: Your approximate location is used solely to fetch the local weather forecast. Rounded coordinates are sent securely to our weather provider (MET Norway).
  • Notifications: Used to display incoming notifications on the lock screen and notification badges. They stay on your device and are never uploaded.
  • Write Settings: Used to adjust brightness and screen rotation directly from the Control Center.

2. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These include:

  • Google Play Services (for subscriptions and app delivery)
  • AdMob (if personalized or non-personalized ads are displayed)
  • MET Norway (for weather data)

3. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us. Because we do not transmit your personal data to our servers, your information remains secured locally on your device according to Android's built-in security mechanisms.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
