Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Launcher & Themes mobile application (the "Service") operated by Onix LLC ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Subscriptions and Purchases (PRO Version)
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions") or as a one-time purchase. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or yearly).
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Google Play account settings.
- Free Trials: If offered, free trials will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
2. Lock Screen Feature Disclaimer
The custom Lock Screen provided by this app is a cosmetic overlay designed for personalization. It is not a replacement for your device's native security lock (PIN, pattern, password, or biometrics). Removing Android's native screen lock makes your phone less secure. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your device resulting from the disabling of system security.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Onix LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Onix LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
5. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We provide the Service without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
